Welcome to Print Maccha! By installing, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”), you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read them carefully before using the App.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
- Image Quality & Upload Responsibility
- Users must upload high-resolution images for best printing results.
- Low-resolution, blurred, cropped, or edited images may result in poor output.
- Print Maccha is not responsible for print quality issues arising from user-uploaded images.
- Payment Policy
- All orders placed through Print Maccha must be 100% prepaid.
- If the selected payment method (UPI, card, wallet, net banking) fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring successful and verified payment.
Print Maccha is not responsible for:
- Payment gateway errors
- Delayed bank settlements
- Exceeding cardholder limits
- Failed transactions
In extreme cases of fraudulent activity, unpaid dues, or chargebacks, Print Maccha reserves the right to take legal action. The customer agrees to pay all reasonable legal fees and recovery costs.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We partner with reputable courier services for nationwide delivery.
- Standard delivery timelines:
- Urban areas: 5–7 business days
- Semi-urban & rural areas: 7–10 business days
- Delivery may be impacted by public holidays, courier delays, strikes, or natural circumstances.
- Once shipped, customers can track their order in the “My Orders” section of the Print Maccha App.
- Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations after 2 hours are not accepted, as the product enters the production workflow.
- Cancellation must be requested via In-App Chat Support only.
- No Refund & No Return Policy
- All orders are custom-made according to user-selected photos, text, and designs.
- For this reason, no refunds or returns are offered once an order is confirmed and in production.
- Refund is applicable only if:
- The cancellation was made within 2 hours
- The order was not processed due to technical or payment errors
- Users must carefully check all previews, photos, spellings, and details before ordering.
- Customization Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for verifying:
- Names/ Text Inputs
- Dates
- Spellings
- Layout choices
- Photo Cropping & quality
Print Maccha will follow the exact preview selected and will not modify or redesign uploaded content.
No claims will be entertained for errors caused by user inputs.
- Intellectual Property & Copyright Responsibility
- Users must upload only content they own or are legally permitted to use.
- Uploading copyrighted images, movie scenes, celebrity photos, studio images, or others without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Print Maccha is not liable for any copyright violations committed by users.
- Users will bear full responsibility for any legal issues arising from such uploads.
- Promo Codes, Coupons & Offers
Promo codes, coupon codes, or discounts shared via the App, website, WhatsApp, email, influencers, or social media are subject to:
- Expiry dates
- Usage limits
- Eligibility criteria
- Minimum order values
- Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
- Print Maccha may modify or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice.
Misuse of coupon codes (e.g., using unauthorized influencer codes, fake accounts, or exploiting glitches) may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Removal of discounts
- Free delivery offers apply only when minimum order requirements are met.
- Social Media Marketing Terms
Any statements, offers, giveaways, or contests posted by Print Maccha on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, or ads are subject to:
- Limited-time availability
- Terms mentioned in the specific post
- Changes or cancellation without notice
- Verification of winner identity (for contests)
Influencer promotions may include independent opinions. Print Maccha is not responsible for incorrect information given by third-party promoters.
- App Availability & Device Compatibility
- Print Maccha is currently available only on Android (Google Play Store).
- App performance may vary based on device model, OS version, and hardware compatibility.
- We are not responsible for performance issues caused by outdated systems, modified devices, or rooted phones.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- Your privacy is important to us.
- For complete details on how we collect, use, and store your data, read our Privacy Policy available inside the App.
- By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information as described there.
- Limitation of Liability
- Print Maccha is not liable for:
- Mistakes in user-uploaded photos or content
- Printing variations due to screen vs. print color differences
- Courier delays or third-party shipping damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business arising from App usage
- Service interruptions, bugs, or unforeseen technical issues
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Maccha’s total liability shall not exceed the order value.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Print Maccha, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from:
- Misuse of the App
- Uploading copyrighted content
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent or malicious activity
- Modifications to Terms
- Print Maccha may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
- Updated Terms will be posted within the App.
- Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of the App or services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Karnataka, India.
